Conch Sampler $40/person

This option has proven to be a wonderful introduction to conch.  The Conch Sampler includes Conch Salad, Conch Fritters, Cracked Conch, Curry Chicken, Peas and Rice, Fried Plantains and Cole Slaw.

Surf and Jerk  $40/person

This option is a great choice for people that want to try conch in its most classic forms as well as great island jerk.  The Surf and Jerk includes Conch Salad, Conch Fritters, Jerk Chicken, Peas and Rice, Cole Slaw and Fried Plantains.

Conch and Lobster  $60/person (when in season)

The freshest Conch and Lobster in the world!

This option includes Conch Salad, Conch Fritters, Cracked Conch, Cracked or Grilled Lobster, Peas and Rice, Fried Plantains and Cole Slaw.

                                Infamous Rum Punch  $20/person

                                Infamous Rum Punch  in unlimited quantities. 

                                Bambarra Rum Cake   $7/person

Conch Theatre - Upon request for groups arriving in daylight hours we can have a little 'Conch Theatre': a demonstration on the beach of Conch Knocking accompanied by fascinating conch information plus a sampling of Conch Pistols for the brave -especially recommended for Honeymooners or those that wish to act like them. 

We can assist you in booking a band for live music. 

The TCI Director of Culture, David Bowen, has made himself available to us for a very informative cultural seminar should you like to learn more about the culture and life in TCI.
